Recognition of Two Large Donations

Below is a list of two large donations received by PRO made by two individuals, Michael King and David McCullough. PRO is extremely thankful for their generosity.

These donations have allowed PRO to pay approximately $28,000 to Potter and Dixon, our past corporate attorney, for legal services*.

The deceased Mr. McCullough appreciated PRO’s Mission and cared about our organization’s efforts to protect the environment and culture of Warren and Hunterdon counties so much so that he bequeathed a significant amount of money. Mr. King has been a long-time Board Member and officer of PRO with a passion for upholding and executing PRO’s objectives. We certainly appreciate his continued tireless dedication, hard work and financial contribution to PRO.

Again, we express our deep gratitude for their contribution to PRO.

*Another approximate $28,000 to Potter and Dixon is still unpaid and contested by PRO.
